So glad to belatedly see this. In the late 1980s my next-door neighbor was a graphics artist who had a copy of this handbook. When he died, I was given permission to salvage things from his studio, and that was one of the main prizes I got. One day at work (McDonnell Douglas) I was chatting with someone who played a role in a local aviation museum in his spare time. When he heard about the handbook, he persuaded me to lend it to the museum, which I gladly did. I heard nothing more about it for years. When I finally asked for its return, I was told that it had just been put into storage in some truck trailers outside, and those had been submerged in the Great Flood of 1993, ruining everything inside them. I'm glad to see that somebody had a digital copy, it would have been a tragedy for the document to have been totally lost.
