McDonnell Douglas Corp report # 91B0220, dated April 2,1991. This report defines the F/A-18E/F configuration baseline for the new version. It shows the upgrades and benefits of this “new” aircraft. It is an impressive document!Due to some drawings being too faint to read in the above copy, I have made a 300DPI copy. Warning, this is a MUCH larger PDF (133MB)!

As near as I can tell, it is 4 degrees.
